सभी मित्रों को नमस्कार

में हूँ आपका दोस्त GB. पेशे से में एक शिक्षक हूँ , विधार्थियों को अच्छा पढ़ाना , अच्छा बताना और उनको आगे होने वाली चुनौतियों के लिए तैयार करना मेरे कार्य का हिस्सा है , विगत 20 वर्षों से में शिक्षा विभाग में कार्यरत हूँ।
वक़्त के साथ साथ जिस तरह इन्सान की मानसिकता में बदलाव होता जाता है , चुनौतियां भी उसी तरीके से बदलती जातीं हैं. आज के विघार्थी कल के नागरिक बनेंगे , ये सोचकर मैंने जॉब के दौरान होने वाली कठनाईयों को अपने लेक्चर का हिस्सा बना लिया है.
एक चीज जिसको मैंने निष्कर्ष से निकाला है वो ये है की आप जब तक आगे बढ़ने का कोई गोल सेट नहीं करेंगे , दिक्कतें समय के साथ बढ़ती ही जाएंगी. इंग्लिश में एक कहावत है "Starting is half done"... जब तक ये निश्चित नहीं करेंगे की करना क्या है जब तक ये भी नहीं समझ पाएंगे की करना कैसे है ,
पूरे विश्व में सबसे ज्यादा यूथ (56 करोड़ ) भारत देश में  है और देश का यूथ सबसे ज्यादा दिवास्वप्न (fantasy) में है , विधार्थियों के अगर गोल सेट नहीं होंगे तो आने वाले वक़्त में जो चुनौतियाँ मिलेंगी उसमें आप सभी बहुत परेशान हो जाएंगे.

Its u can say one moment of truth of mine dat life is gonna Materialistic Now a Days. Everybody ids running behind the No Doubt 'Money' i Now a days. In my openion The whole World is suffering by Push & Pull System. People are paying like anything for fullfilling their Desires.

Emotions, Centiments are worthless. To become a Man of practical be replaced by Man of Exposer. In this scenario I am trying to work on a theory name "Magnet Theory". It is just like Principal of Magnetism: As due to Some changes in Metals it will act like Magnet & Vice versa. Similarly if we will gain Some changes in us we will also get Better results in Less efforts. I got this bcs we know "Energy can neither be created nor be Destroyed". If u always gain positive Energy of Universe the Efforts will be always less & Results are always Better.
